About YEG Organization

YEG is a youth organization of the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
YEG is an acronym for Young Entrepreneurs Group, the English name of Chamber of Commerce Youth Department, and at the same time, it shows the concept of them; Youth, Energy, Generalist.

Overview of our international projects

Japan YEG is a youth organization of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which is an international organization that connects the world and Japan. YEG conducts international exchange projects and study tour projects with many countries and enhances international people’s culture. We are engaged in activities to support YEG members’ international business by providing training programs such as basic liberal arts courses to become leaders in Japan’s rapidly internationalized society.

  1. Provides oversea study tours/ exchange programs
  2. Serves as a window for Japan YEG members to reach out organizations abroad.
  3. Provides training programs to enhance the culture as an international business person
  4. Provides information for international businesses.

日本YEGとYEGAP（アジア商工会議所連合会青年部）

日本商工会議所青年部（日本YEG）は、国際交流事業や視察事業、国際的教養を高める研修事業などを通じ、グローバルに活躍する若手経済人の育成と国際ビジネスの促進に取り組んでいます。

日本YEGは、アジア商工会議所連合会青年部（YEGAP：Young Entrepreneurs Group of Asia Pacific）の活動を通じて、各国の青年経済団体との交流を推進しています。

YEGAPの概要、日本YEGと各国青年団体との連携状況、ならびに国際的な活動実績と今後の展望をご紹介します。

YEGAP（アジア商工会議所連合会青年部）について
2026年現在、YEGAP会長には青木大海氏が就任しており（任期：2年間）、スローガン「One Asia, One Family」のもと、アジア太平洋地域における若手起業家・経済人の連携を深化させています。

正式名称:Young Entrepreneurs Group of Asia Pacific (YEGAP)

設立背景:アジア商工会議所連合会（CACCI）の中における若手世代のネットワーク強化として設立

目的:アジア太平洋地域の青年起業家・若手経済人のネットワーク化を促進し、アジア太平洋地域での連携・交流を通じて、将来の経済リーダーとしての育成と協働を目指す。

対象メンバー:各国の商工会議所の青年部や若手起業家団体（例：日本、台湾、ベトナム、フィリピンなど）

主な活動:年次会合やサミットの開催（CACCI年次大会に併設されることが多い）、次世代リーダー育成に関する研修や意見交換。

青木会長の就任:青木大海氏は、第38回CACCI総会（シンガポール大会）にて2024年11月11日にYEGAP会長に就任しました。会長任期は２年です。

2024年度（令和６年度）の主な活動実績

全国大会での合同会長会議第44回全国大会 ほとめきFUKUOKAくるめ大会史上初の試みとなる海外友好団体合同会長会議（5カ国以上が参加）を実現し、多国間交流の新たな章を開きました。
Young Business Leaders’ Summit2024年12月18-20日、京都（日本）ASEANーJapan Young Future Gen Business Leaders’ Seminarを開催。青木氏がモデレーターを務めました。
YEGAP-YEAB MOA 調印式2025年1月22日 (オンライン)YEGAP会長の青木氏とYEAB会長のゴー・チャイ・リー氏が、覚書（MOA）にそれぞれ署名し、パートナーシップが開始されました。対面式の調印式は2025年6月の関西EXPOで実施。
MYEAオフィス初公式訪問2024年2月19日、ヤンゴン（ミャンマー）MOU（覚書）の協議、エキスポの企画・調整、会長および各委員長との会議を実施し、協力関係の強化を目指しました。
MYEAとYECのFirst Official Meeting2025年2月22日、バンコク（タイ）日本YEGがアジアでの国際的なつながりを築く大きな一歩として、初開催されました。
ブルネイYEABとの交流2025年4月15-16日、ブルネイ大阪・関西万博に向けた事業連携を目的として、YEAB会長らと交流を行いました。
シンガポールYBLNとの交流会2025年4月17日、シンガポールYBLNの執行部メンバーとの交流会を実施し、万博事業紹介や今後の国際連携について意見交換を行いました。

2025年度（令和７年度）の主な活動実績

日本YEGは、YEGAP会長の青木氏を中心として、以下の主要な国際イベントへの参加・連携をしています。

2025大阪・関西万博6月2日〜3日大阪（日本）Asia Youth Business Exchange Programを実施。YEGAP MOA調印式（ブルネイ・カンボジア・ミャンマー）。
第14回 ICC世界会議所会議 (14WCC)2025年9月2日〜4日メルボルン（オーストラリア）世界のビジネス・商工会議所・政治リーダー約2,000名が参加。グローバルな課題解決や新しいビジネス機会の創出について議論。
MYEA 年次会員総会2025年9月27日〜29日ヤンゴン（ミャンマー）MYEA 10th Anniversary of Annual General Meeting。ASEAN4か国約300名が参加。
ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Carnival (AYEC) 20252025年10月14日〜16日クアラルンプール（マレーシア）12カ国、数千人規模の開催。Women-in-Business Forumでは日本YEGメンバーが登壇した。
第39回 CACCI総会2025年11月10日〜11日コロンボ（スリランカ）テーマは「アジアの世紀における起業家精神」。日本からは日本商工会議所の大島代次郎特別顧問（ＣＡＣＣＩ副会長）、日本商工会議所青年部（日本ＹＥＧ）国際担当副会長でアジア商工会議所連合会青年部（ＹＥＧＡＰ）会長の青木大海氏ら12人が参加した。
